With 35+ years of business experience, Joe founded BusyVeez on a simple belief, that the best businesses run on talented people supported by smart tools. His vision positions BusyVeez at the intersection of proven human expertise and the emerging AI era.

Award-winning business coach and entrepreneur with 30+ years across Asia. Author of three books, keynote speaker, and lecturer fluent in Mandarin and Spanish. SBA Entrepreneur of the Year (2001), two-time BYUH Distinguished Alumni, and Founding Father of the Willis Center for International Entrepreneurship. B.Sc. in International Business Management, BYUH. Expertise: strategic vision and global trade.

President of DBI Hawaii Inc. with 30 years of business experience across Hawaii and the Philippines. Three-time BYUH Distinguished Alumni, keynote speaker, and guest lecturer. Awards include SBA Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii Entrepreneur of the Year (2001) and Filipino Businesswomen's Association of Hawaii Entrepreneur of the Year (2006).

Currently serves as President of the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii (2023–2024) and President of the Filipino Businesswomen's Association of Hawaii, with additional leadership roles in the Oahu Filipino Community Council and various business associations.
